Patricia Dulaney

Lead Paralegal

Pat has worked as a Paralegal in Ohio and Florida with an emphasis in family law and criminal defense since 1985. Pat came to NLG in August 2020 and brings 35+ years of experience to the table. In addition to her paralegal duties at NLG, Pat is also the Lead Paralegal. As such, she works with the support staff in the office to ensure consistent work flow and coverage and lend guidance for professional needs and continuing education. As Lead Paralegal, she is the liaison between support staff and attorneys, where Team Building is an essential responsibility needed to better serve our clients. Pat also handles intake for all potential new clients. Pat is originally from the Athens, Ohio area. In her spare time, Pat enjoys spending time with her fiancé and Golden Doodle, Shelbi, taking rides in the woods on their side-by-side, smoking meats and trying new recipes, and taking trips to The Outer Banks, where she one day hopes to retire.

Pamela Pancake

Senior Paralegal

Pam is a dedicated certified paralegal with over 40 years of legal experience. She specializes in family law and areas of juvenile law. Pam is passionate about helping clients through these processes with compassion, understanding, and clarity. She is result-oriented and dependable. When not working, Pam loves to spend time with family, taking road trips, camping, antiquing/thrifting and being outdoors.

Lynn Glass

Senior Paralegal, Retired

Lynn has been involved as a Paralegal in the legal industry for 25+ years, originally working with a firm that practiced juvenile and civil law. She put this industry on hold for 18 years while she owned and operated her own horse boarding and training business. After selling her business, Lynn joined Joseph Nigh and has been working with him for 15 years. Lynn brings experience in a role as a paralegal and business owner to the firm.

Samra Sarajlic

Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Samra Sarajlic is a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant currently advancing her career through paralegal training. With a strong foundation in law and governance, she brings precision, organization, and keen attention to detail to her role in legal administration.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Ohio University, where she developed an understanding of legal systems, public policy, and administrative processes. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience in legal support roles, makes her an asset to the firm and clients. Samra remains committed to professional growth and excellence in legal support services.

Madison Weaver

Law Clerk

Madison “Madi” Weaver is a Law Clerk at The Nigh Law Group, where she supports the firm’s family law practice while awaiting the results of the Ohio Bar Examination. Her work focuses on domestic relations and family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, custody, parenting time, child support, and other complex family-law issues.

Madi earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she also completed a Certificate in Children’s Studies. During law school, she gained substantial hands-on legal experience working with clients and attorneys in family law, criminal law, and probate matters. Those experiences allowed her to develop a practical understanding of the legal system while strengthening the research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills she brings to her work at The Nigh Law Group.

Prior to law school, Madi attended West Virginia University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Law and Legal Studies. She graduated cum laude and as an Honors Foundation Scholar. Her background in journalism continues to shape her approach to the law, particularly her ability to identify the important details of a case, communicate clearly, and understand the individual story behind each client’s circumstances.

Madi is particularly drawn to family law because of the opportunity to help clients navigate difficult and often deeply personal transitions. She approaches each matter with a combination of preparation, empathy, and practical problem-solving, with the goal of helping clients understand their options, protect what matters most, and move forward with confidence.

Kathy Warnick

Bookkeeper, Account Consultant

Kathy Warnick is the Founder and President of Warnick Consultants and brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She has been a Timeslips Certified Consultant for over three decades and remains the only authorized Timeslips consultant in Ohio with this distinction. Kathy now partners with The Nigh Law Group as a trusted bookkeeping and accounting consultant, offering unmatched expertise and practical guidance to support the firm’s operations.
