Current Opportunities

Attorney

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Position Type: Full-time, In-person

We seek attorneys who are passionate about the law and dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Experience in child-related matters, divorce, spousal support, and other family disputes is desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in divorce, custody, spousal support, and guardianship proceedings.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on Ohio family law developments.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients and advocate in court hearings and negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Ohio state bar, in good standing, required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to client-centered service and ethical practice.

Paralegal

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Position Type: Full-time, In-person

We welcome detail-oriented and proactive paralegals to support our attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal documents, discovery, and case filings.
  • Conduct factual and legal research under attorney supervision.
  • Maintain case files and organize evidence and exhibits.
  • Assist attorneys in court preparation and client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in family law or litigation preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Legal Assistant / Legal Support Specialist

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Position Type: Full-time, In-person

Our legal assistants play a key role in ensuring cases move smoothly and clients feel supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
  • Schedule client meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
  • Manage correspondence, case files, and billing records.
  • Draft routine correspondence and maintain office records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in a law office or professional setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
