Rebecca Stumler

Attorney Stumler relocated to Ohio from Louisville, KY to attend Capital University Law School, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor Degree in 1990 and was admitted to the Practice of Law in Ohio the same year. 

Attorney Stumler is a highly experienced and respected Domestic Relations attorney with over 35 years of dedicated service in Ohio. She has an extensive background serving as a Guardian ad litem in various Domestic Relations courts, where she made recommendations focused on the best interests of children navigating difficult family dynamics. Her comprehensive experience includes roles as a long-time court-approved mediator, parent coordinator, and a former Magistrate in Domestic Relations Court, where she presided over numerous custody and divorce actions. This diverse background has provided her with invaluable insight and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in family law.

Throughout her career, Attorney Stumler has successfully represented clients in Domestic Relations Courts across many Ohio counties, handling all aspects of domestic relations cases. Her practice encompasses custody disputes, parenting time concerns related to mental health and substance abuse, spousal and child support matters, asset and debt allocation, and uncovering hidden assets.
